What is the return policy?

As all of our products are made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised items.

Please double check all names, dates, spelling, sizes, and other personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll be happy to put things right.

When will I get my order?

As each item is made to order and personalised especially for you, please allow 3–5 business days for us to create your order before it is dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

We always do our best to complete and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, while ensuring every item is made with care.

What is the quality of our materials?

Our products are made using high-quality 100% cotton, with some references crafted from 100% organic cotton. We work with trusted manufacturing partners to ensure our garments are produced to high standards of quality, comfort, and durability.

We carefully select materials and production partners who share our commitment to responsible sourcing and creating long-lasting products.

What is your design phphilosophy?

We don’t create hundreds of generic designs. Instead, we focus on a small, carefully curated collection where every piece reflects our brand’s identity, style, and values.

By keeping our range considered and intentional, we can put more attention into the quality, details, and meaning behind each design.

What method is used to personalise my item?

Our personalised designs are created using HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl), a professional heat-application technique that creates a smooth, clean, and durable finish.

Each design is carefully cut, positioned, and heat-pressed onto the fabric to ensure a beautiful result. With the right care, your personalised item can stay looking fresh and special for a long time.

Please follow our recommended washing and care instructions to help protect the design and maintain its quality.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Why might my personalised item look slightly different from the photos?

Every item is made with care. As each product is personalised, there may be slight variations in print placement, size, or colour compared to the images shown.

A Note on Personalisation & Safety

Personalised keepsakes are at the heart of what we do. However, for T-shirts and caps for children aged 3–8 years, there is a recommendation to avoid visible names, as it may make it easier for strangers to address them by name.

So, we created designs for this age group to celebrate children’s unique personalities. And, of course, you can adapt them.
